Apple Soon Reveal Next Generation MacBook Air 2022

Apple expected to announce the next generation of MacBook Air in 2022. Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference will be streamed live on Apple and various social media platforms through official channels. Apple hasn’t revealed what it intends to unveil at the event, but if the rumors pan out, Apple will announce the MacBook Air in 2022.

The next-generation MacBook Air will have the latest design. Apple released the iMac in blue, green, pink, silver, yellow, orange, and purple, and we can see some of the same color options available for the MacBook Air.

The MacBook Air will still use the LCD screen. According to rumors, MacBook Air will be around 13-inches in size, but it could be 13.6-inches taller than 13.3-inches. The MacBook Air keyboard is similar to the previous keyboard with full-size function keys. The MacBook Air will expect to have the same 1080p camera. While the MacBook Air will have multiple USB-C/Thunderbolt ports, it’s not sure to adopt an SD card slot or USB port.

Apple is testing the MacBook Air with the M2 chip. Most rumors have thought Apple MacBook Air will have an M2 chip. The M2 chip has a computing core equal to the M1 (eight) but with improved speed, making it slightly faster. It improves graphics with nine or 10 GPU cores.

There is an assumption that the MacBook Air will launch in 2022, but no confirmation of the release date. The new MacBook Air will arrive later this fall. Given Apple’s previous Mac release dates, if the fall timeline is correct, we could see the MacBook Air unveiled at an October event after the early September iPhone event.
