iPhone Users in the United States Increased than Android Users

Counterpoint Research, a smartphone data collection company, said in a report that by June 2022, the iPhone user rate among smartphone users in the US had reached 50 percent.

Apple’s iPhone share of the US smartphone market has reached 50% for the first time. When the iPhone was introduced in the early 2000s, Apple’s market share wasn’t even 50 percent. At the time, other companies dominated the market, and after the introduction of the Android operating system in 2010, Google dominated the global smartphone market. Android smartphones still hold more than 70 percent shares.
